At Monarch Digital Solutions, we are committed to making our digital platforms accessible and inclusive to all individuals, including those with disabilities.   • Color contrast ratios across text and backgrounds have been reviewed to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines.

  • We have minimized disturbing motion or animation to reduce discomfort for users with motion sensitivity.

  • Where used, videos and audio content will include transcripts, captions, or summaries as available.

 

Limitations

While we aim for full accessibility, some third-party integrations or plug-ins (e.g., embedded calendars, external forms, video players) may not yet fully conform to accessibility standards. We monitor these and actively seek alternative solutions when possible.

Physical Accessibility

Monarch Digital Solutions currently operates as a digital-first agency. At this time, we do not operate a physical storefront or public office. All services are delivered virtually, with accommodations available upon request.
