Monarch Digital Solutions, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing premium digital services including brand strategy, web development, visual media, consulting, and marketing deliverables. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with the nature of our work and client expectations.

1. General Policy

Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, all sales are final once work has commenced. This includes strategy sessions, creative design work, consultations, and digital product development. Refunds will only be granted under limited conditions outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only if:

  • No work has been started on your project.

  • A written request is submitted within 48 hours of initial payment.

  • Monarch Digital Solutions has not delivered any portion of the service or intellectual property (e.g., concepts, drafts, access to platforms).

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The project has begun or deliverables have been partially or fully provided.

  • The client fails to provide required assets, materials, or timely feedback.

  • The client changes the scope, direction, or cancels the project after it has begun.

3. Deposits and Retainers

All deposits, retainers, and consultation booking fees are non-refundable. These payments secure your project time and allocate team resources.

4. Service Dissatisfaction

We strive to exceed expectations. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your project, please contact us directly at [Insert Contact Email] within 5 business days of delivery. We may, at our discretion:

  • Offer revisions (within the terms of your package).

  • Extend delivery to accommodate corrections.

  • Provide partial credit toward a future service.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered only after all reasonable attempts to resolve concerns have been made.

5. Digital Products 

Digital downloads (templates, guides, media kits, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered due to the irrevocable nature of digital content. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchase.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate termination of your project and forfeiture of all rights to deliverables. We encourage direct communication to resolve concerns.

Monarch Digital Solutions reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
